NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m., on November 19, 2008, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii for the SNORKEL RENTAL CONCESSION AT HANAUMA BAY NATURE PRESERVE.
Written Notice of Intention to Bid and Application to Bid must be filed by each prospective bidder with the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Office of the Division of Purchasing on or before 4:00 p.m., October 22, 2008 .
Forms of notice of intention to bid and application to bid, proposal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing upon application for Document No. RQN DES 0900002.
