NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF CAPACITY-BUILDING GRANTS

The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking competitive proposals from beneficiary organizations for capacity-building projects. Forms for submitting proposals may be obtained from any DHHL offices, or at www.hawaii.gov/dhhl, or by calling (808) 620-9480. Proposals will be accepted on a continuous basis starting on August 1, 2008, with the last application accepted post-marked before midnight on March 2, 2009, or hand delivered by 4:00 p.m. to 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707. Multiple awards may be made.
