Notice is hereby given that the documented FN PACIFIC SHORES, Official Number 603879, formerly FN ALASKAN SHORES, her tackle, etc., will be sold at public auction pursuant to HRS §266-27. The vessel is presently located at Pier 36, Honolulu Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii, United State and will be sold

AS IS WHERE IS
AND WHERE SHE LIES

On August 16, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. at the Kewalo Basin Harbor Agent’s Office. Interested bidders must be registered prior to the start of the sale. Registration will take place thirty (30) minutes prior to sale up to the time of the sale. There may be liens against the vessel and the Sate does not warrant that the sale is free of all liens and encumbrances. The State will provide a notarized bill of sale to the buyer satisfaction of all conditions of the sale which are: (1) A deposit of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid will be paid at the time of the sale with the balance due within three (3) business days; (3) the vessel shall be removed from Honolulu Harbor within 14 days of payment of the balance due. Failure on the part of the bidder to perform any of the conditions of sale will result in forfeiture of all moneys paid by the bidder and rescission of the conditional offer to sell and the vessel will be disposed by negotiation, disposed of as junk, or donated to any governmental agency, in accordance with HRS § 226-27.
