Section 1.  Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

NOTICE TO MOTORISTS
Rehabilitation of Streets, Unit 43
City & County of Honolulu - Job No. 07-05

The public is advised that roadwork on the above marked streets is scheduled to begin on June 25, 2007 with a contract duration of     240 calendar days. The project includes asphalt reconstruction and resurfacing of the roadways, construction of concrete bus pads, curb and gutter reconstruction, adjustment of utilities to grade, replacement of vehicle detector loops and pavement markings. Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. The resurfacing of Keeaumoku Street, South Street, and a portion of University   Avenue, from Coyne Street to Kuilei Street, will be performed at night from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM Sunday night to Friday morning.      Motorists are advised to proceed with caution, observe all traffic control devices, anticipate delays or use alternate routes. Special Duty officers will be used at critical locations to assist motorist and
pedestrians.

Project: Kailuana Place and Kailuana Loop Sewer           Replacement/Rehabilitation (SMPR 64), City & County of   Honolulu

Sewer line replacement and rehabilitation work will be       performed in the Kailuana Place and Kailuana Loop area. Work will start on July 2, 2007 and last for approximately   seven (7) months. Effective June 12, 2007, Kaahele Street, from Komo Mai Drive to Moanalua Road, will be under construction for improvements. The improvements include pavement striping and installation of traffic signs.  The normal working hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Motorists are advised to slow down and use extreme caution while traveling through the construction area, and to obey all work zone traffic control devices.  There will be traffic detours, and travel lanes will be closed for striping.        Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.

Section 1.  Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

“Kaiolu St., for its entire length, the roadway shall have a weight limit of 5 tons.”

Section 2.  This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
